Zoiko Telecom Digital Lines Service Agreement

This Digital Lines Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for the provision of Digital Lines Services ("Services") by Zoiko Telecom ("Provider") to the customer ("Customer"). By entering into this Agreement, the Customer agrees to the terms herein.

2. Service Provision
2.1 Service Description
Zoiko Telecom provides high-quality digital lines for reliable communication, supporting both residential and business use. Services include:
Crystal-clear call quality
Advanced calling features (e.g., call forwarding, voicemail, number sub-allocation)
Seamless mobile app access for on-the-go connectivity
Digital leased lines with dedicated direct lines
Support for geographic and non-geographic number imports
2.2 Device Compatibility
The digital lines support integration with a range of devices. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their systems.
3. Installation and Setup
3.1 Installation Terms
Installation is included in this Agreement. Zoiko Telecom will handle the setup.
3.2 Access for Installation
The Customer agrees to provide access to the installation site and ensure a safe environment for the installation personnel.
4. Contract Duration and Renewal
4.1 Contract Options
Select your desired contract duration for non-Pay As You Go options:
12 months
24 months
36 months
60 months
4.2 Pay As You Go Option
Customers opting for Pay As You Go services do not require a contract. Charges are incurred based on usage, and customers will be billed accordingly.
4.3 Renewal Policy
For contract options, contracts will automatically renew unless the Customer provides 30 days’ notice of cancellation prior to the end of the term.
5. Billing and Payment Terms
5.1 Billing Frequency
Invoices are issued monthly for contracted services. For Pay As You Go services, charges will be billed based on usage.
5.2 Late Payment Fees
A penalty of 2% of the outstanding balance will apply for late payments.
5.3 Payment Method
Select your desired contract duration for non-Pay As You Go options:

5.4 Cancellation and Early Termination Fees
Customers wishing to cancel their contract before the end of the agreed term will incur a cancellation fee equal to the remaining number of months until the end of the contract multiplied by the monthly contractual payment. Under certain circumstances, this amount may be pro-rated. Pay As You Go customers may cancel their service at any time without incurring a fee.
5.5 Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for features beyond the standard offering, including but not limited to:
Equipment charges for any hardware required.
Charges for geographic and non-geographic number imports.
5.6 Late Payment Definition
A late payment occurs when the Customer fails to make payment by the due date specified on the invoice. If payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, it will be considered late, and the late payment fee will apply.
6. Fair Use Policy
6.1 Acceptable Usage
Customers must adhere to fair use practices to maintain network integrity.
7. Maintenance, Repairs, and Support
7.1 Support Availability
Zoiko Telecom provides 24/7 UK-based support for all Customers.
8. Service Interruptions and Liability
8.1 Interruption Liability
Zoiko Telecom is not liable for service interruptions due to circumstances beyond its control.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
9.1 Data Handling Compliance
Zoiko Telecom is committed to safeguarding Customer data in compliance with UK GDPR standards.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action, following CEDR guidelines.
11. Acceptance
By submitting this form, the Customer Agrees to the
terms and conditions
outline in this Digital Lines Service Agreement.
